Steps from the Beach

When you arrive you will see there is enough space to park 3 vehicles at the front of the house. Underneath the house you will see a picnic area with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a meal with the family. This will lead you to the fenced playground in the back where the kids can play safely. Also underneath the house is an outdoor, enclosed shower where you can wash the sand off your feet when returning from the beach, which is only about one minute walking distance. You will need to walk up a flight of about 20 stairs to get to the wrap around deck area where you will be able to enjoy beautiful ocean views, as well as a soft ocean breeze. Enter the home into a roomy living room which has 2 ottoman single hide-a -beds for additional sleeping and a big screen Roku television where you can enjoy your favorite shows under your own accounts. You will also enjoy the fully equipped and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. As you make your way down the hall you will find the master suite has a king size bed as well as it's own bathroom and exit onto the deck. the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. the 3rd bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds. Please remember that this property is on a peninsula, and is therefore surrounded by water, which means there may likely be mosquitoes, especially during summertime. We do have the property treated regularly for this but can’t guarantee that it will be mosquito free.

PET POLICY: Host must be notified prior to reservation of a guest's desire to bring a pet. Pets must be approved by host prior to a reservation being finalized. Only 2 pets allowed per reservation. Pet must be under 50 lbs. Pet must be house trained. Pet must never be left alone inside the house to roam freely. A $100 non-refundable pet fee must be paid by guests with pets. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or in any of the beds. All pet discharge/droppings/shedding, anywhere on the property must be cleaned by the guest prior to check out. There will be a $200 charge per pet discharge found anywhere on the property. Guests will be charged for any additional cleaning or damage caused by their pets. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. OTHER RULES: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with NO refund. Only flush toilet paper down the toilets, NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. There will be $200 charge per human bodily fluid found in the property such as throw up or sexual bodily fluids The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Any noise complaints from neighbors or police visits will result in a $250 fine each time No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Shoes are not to be worn inside the house. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. No smoking or vaping allowed on the property There will be a $50 fine per cigarette butt or cigarette package found. The home must be left exactly how it was found. The cleaning charge covers the make ready clean and not deep clean. If there is any extra cleaning services needed on the property then that will be covered by guests. Illegal activity of any kind is prohibited If there is evidence of illegal drug use there will be a fine of $200. Self check-in (with smart lock) is any time after 4 pm. Check-out is any time before 11 am. The use of any weapons on the property is prohibited
